Im not feeling that well of late,i think depression is saying "i ain't gone yet!!" I have spells of malaise which are either brought on by a virus or being too self critical & harsh to myself & actually running my energy levels down. This leads to isolation,more self criticism,feeling worthless,inferiority which is all mainly brought on by myself? On a happier note depression has brought me to a new love.... PASTELS!!!! thought i'd write this journal for anybody who is going through,gone through or unfortunately going to go through depression. You are not alone,it can really turn your thoughts upside down & inside out
